I'm not going to tell the story the way that it happened. I'm going to tell it the way I remember it. *L* Ok.. bonus points for the person that can name where that line came from. I think that's the perfect way to start out the description of myself. I figured that I can offer up a little bit of info about myself, other than just a list of random things. Where to start? I guess the beginning is the best place, although, I really should start at the present and work my way back. Nah, no one really cares to know about my childhood. *L* Believe me, I lived it! All anyone needs to know is that I was born in a hospital in a town in New Jersey. Sad thing is.. I still live in that same town..same house even! Time to move on, I say. *s*

I consider myself to be a fairly intelligent, quirky type of girl. I'm told that I'm fun..and hey..when you get a compliment like that..you can't exactly disagree. *L* I do love to have fun though...and make people smile! That's my main goal in life..to make people laugh and smile. You're probably thinking.."Oh lord, what a do-gooder." Hmmmm.. well in my own way.. yes.. but in another way.. no. *l* Confused yet? I'll try to elaborate. I love helping people..but I don't walk around bringing sunshine into everyone's life. As much as I would like to. :o)

I'm a sophmore in college, although, I should be a junior. I'm not going to complain about that though. *l* I'm majoring in Social work.. and hopefully will get to work with children in one way or another. I've been giving a lot of thought to working with adoption. I'm not sure yet though, but, I do think that bringing a child into a couple who can't have one's life would be the best feeling. *s* In time I should become more clear on what I want out of a career.

I love music! I listen to all types, depending on my mood. Probably my all time favorite band is Smashing Pumpkins..*s* I can't remember ever not liking them. My musical taste has changed a lot over the years.. *l* I've been accused of being a "retard" when it comes to picking out good music..but then again..that was over 3 years ago..and I do think it had a ring of truth to it. *L* I also really love movies! Especially "love" movies.. ok ok... I need a happy ending.. is that so wrong?! *G* Scary movies are also a lot of fun to watch.. but never alone! :o)

I really have the desire to travel any and everywhere I can. I love trying new things and meeting new people. I'm really quite the curious one..I think that's a quality I didn't lose from being a child. I'm very kidlike in many many ways. *looks at all the winnie the pooh schtuff in my room* I consider that a good thing! :o) I'm also a very romantic person...I love Love..there's no doubt about that! True love is so rare..once you find it...you have to hold onto it no matter what! *G* My life is so complete right now..and I never ever thought I would be able to say that...anything that happens from this point on...only makes it even more complete. So..that's my story and I'm sticking to it. Probably a lot more than you wanted to know, huh?!
